My story with Macros
If you've followed me for very long, you know that I absolutely love macros and the freedom and liberation that it provides for women, and it brings me joy to be able to share that with them. When I learned about macros, I wanted to shout it from the rooftops every single day, so I decided an e-book was more appropriate. ;) I went from eating nothing and then going hog wild on the weekends to having complete balance, eating 1000 calories more and seeing insane results in my physique just from simple changes in nutrition and beginning to lift weights. I had never ate so much, so much variety from doughnuts to french fries in moderation and still getting crazy results. My life was changed forever.
Frequently Asked Questions
How do I know this program is right for me?
If you are someone who wants to grow your knowledge on macros in any way, then this is for you. If you are already counting macros, then that's okay, and I still think that you will get something out of this program.
What if I'm already doing macros and just am not seeing results?
This will give you tips and tricks that will help you succeed.
Can I be a runner and do macros?
100% yes. There is this misconception that you have to lift to be able to do flexible dieting, and that's just not the case. Everyone has nutritional needs, and I believe that as runners, it's essential to getting what you need by tracking and making sure.
Do I have to lift?
No. See above. I believe in resistance training of some sort as I think this is great for overall health but this is not needed to be able to see results.
Is this weight watchers?
No. It is not. It really is completely different, even though this is a common comparison.
How is this different than calorie counting?
At the end of the day, macros equal calories. There are 4 calories per gram in protein and carb and 9 calories per gram in fat, however when you are tracking macros, there is a push towards trying foods that are outside of your comfort zone. As you begin putting the puzzle pieces together, you realize that just because that apple is 80 calories, there might be something else that's 80 calories but has a better balance of carbs, fat, and protein and that balance is what you need.
I'm really confident that you are going to like this program and so much so that I will offer 100% money back guarantee if you don't. How's that for a hook, line and sinker? ;) You have nothing to lose.
